Facilitated Conversation

Dr. O'Riordan has facilitated in numerous companies in different industries. Facilitated Conversation is the process of resolving disputes. Having a neutral 33rd party helps to negotiate conflict. The role of the facilitator is to be neutral, with the trust and the communication while exploring the options and alternatives. The desired outcome is the willingness of the parties to understand each other's position and also to feel more understood. This experience will generally result in a lowering of conflict.
